I'm a huge fan of the names Ailsa and Elsa, and I suppose Ilsa is just as pretty as both.
I had a great aunt Ilse from Germany (pronounced the same as Ilsa). I think it's beautiful. I like Ailsa best, then Ilse/Ilsa, and last Elsa. I guess I say the beginning slightly differently on each, even though they're essentially the same name.
